I have trained in one of the most highly-regarded Urology training programs in the US & am board-certified in Urology in Germany as well as in the USA. I have many years experience in managing a variety of Urologic diseases, both in a clinic- as well as in a hospital-based setting.
The German socialized medical system may have its pros and cons and may be quite different from what you are accustomed to in your home country. I am proud to practice Urology independently from the German socialized medical system in my private Urology practice. My responsiblity is to you and no one else.
High-quality medicine requires sufficient time to assess a problem and thoroughly discuss available (usually more than one) treatment options. I feel very comfortable speaking conversational and medical English. It is important to me to spend anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes per patient per clinic appointment.
